Facility Guidelines

Please see instructions on how to enter our pool in the Band app once registered. Please keep in mind that we lease this facility and we do not have store front or office hours on location. If you would like to arrange to come see our facility before purchasing, we are happy to schedule a visit for during Swim Fanatics operational hours. As a reminder, all our instructors teach back-to-back lessons and cannot answer questions while teaching. You can contact us at 336-287-6109 to ask questions or schedule a visit. 

Non-Lawndale Members can participate in Swim Fanatics programming at Lawndale, but must leave the property upon exiting classes. For information on The Lawndale Club Membership, please visit their website at www.lawndalepark.com or call them directly at 336-763-4292


Annual Membership Fee for all Swim Fanatics Programs

$35 per swimmer (non-refundable)


Water Fitness Tuition (per swimmer) 

Class drop-in: $12 for Lawndale Members, $15 for non-Lawndale Members 

10 Class Card: $110 for Lawndale Members, $140 for non-Lawndale Members

Monthly Unlimited: $150 for Lawndale Members, $175 for non-Lawndale Members 


Lesson Dates: (June 13th-August 22nd)


Pool Closures for Holidays (No programming will be offered on following dates at Lawndale)

Memorial Weekend & Holiday: May 23rd-May 25th

4th of July Week: June 28th-July 5th

Labor Day Weekend & Holiday: September 5th-September 7th

Water Fitness Classes


Rise & Shine: 

Dive into a refreshing hour of water fitness designed for the shallow side of the pool, where every movement is gentle on your joints yet powerful in results. This class blends stretching, balance, full-body muscle toning, and mobility exercises to create a holistic workout experience suitable for all fitness levels.

Days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 

Times: 8:30-9:30 am


Power Hour:

Experience a high-energy water fitness class designed to boost your cardiovascular health while sculpting muscles and burning calories fast. This cardio-intensive workout uses specialized aquatic equipment—such as water dumbbells in both deep and shallow water to increase calorie burn. This class encourages all students of all levels to participate, as we can offer modifications, but it is designed for those wanting an intense workout and cardio burn. 

Days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 

Times: 9:45-10:45 am 


Board Balance & Flow: 

This class offers a holistic workout that nurtures strength, flexibility, and balance in harmony with the calming embrace of water. Participants step onto a stable yet gently unstable floating board, inviting a deep connection between body and water. It’s an empowering practice for all levels, perfect for those seeking mindful movement, injury prevention, and a fresh, invigorating way to connect with their body.

Days: Tuesday & Thursday 

Times: 8-9 am 


HydroHeat & Balance: 

Join us for an exhilarating fitness experience with our Cardio-Intensive Core Engagement Class on a Floating Board! This dynamic workout blends high-energy cardio intervals with targeted core strengthening exercises, all performed on a stable floating platform that challenges your balance and coordination. This fast-paced cardio class on the floating board uniquely challenges your balance, intensifying core muscle activation while seamlessly incorporating powerful leg, glute, and upper body exercises for a full-body, dynamic workout.

Days: Tuesday & Thursday 

Times: 9:15-10:15 am 


Coach On-Deck::

In this pool session, a seasoned competitive coach will be on deck, providing personalized advice and real-time feedback tailored to your swimming style and goals. Whether you're aiming to improve your stroke efficiency, build speed, or enhance your overall fitness, the coach will guide you through drills, pacing strategies, and stroke corrections.

Days & Times: 7-8:15 am Monday, Wednesday and Friday & 8:30-9:45 am Saturdays
