Adult Masters Swim

Swim Fanatics Masters Team is perfect for any adult age 18 years and older looking for a lap swimming practice experience with a coach to help you perfect your stroke development and push you to develop in endurance and speed. options to participate in competitions if interested, but not required! 

Practices are Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays from 6:45-7:45 pm at Lindley Pool.

Swim Fanatics is offering a wide variety of aquatic fitness classes throughout the summer at all 4 city pools, we hope to have you come in and join us! Please purchase your class online before attendance. No payment will be collected on site.

One Class Drop In: $10 

Unlimited Classes 30 Consecutive Days: $65

Seniors over 65 years old: $45

Class Descriptions:

  • AquaFit: Cross-training at its finest!!! This class will appeal to athletes. Cross-trainers and those wanting to maximize their calorie burn and tone up quickly! Upper & lower body strength training mixed with a serious cardio workout! 60 minute Training. 

  • Lunch Crunch: No hair wet meets calorie burning benefits of a intensive cardio infused shallow water workout! 60 minutes lunch workout.

  • Aquaboards: Join this latest fitness craze while having a blast on our floating aquaboards. This is a jammed packed class with a fusion of cardio, stretching, balance and toning! 60 minutes. 10 boards only, so space is limited.

  • Pilates Bands: Stretch, and strengthen  your core and abs to a stronger and healthier you! 60 minute incredible workout.

  • Shallow Water: This class is ideal for first timers, adaptive needs, pregnant moms and anyone looking for a great workout! Instructors will adapt your class to your specific needs. 60 minute workouts.

  • Deep Water: Want to Burn the most calories throughout the summer? This deep water workout is zero impact on your joints but all the benefits of a 600-1000 calorie workout. 60 minutes
