A Program that develops young athletes

Proficient Stroke Development (Crocs, 6-12 years old)

Learning proper swim stroke technique is essential to becoming a lifelong developed swimmer. Even the best Olympic athletes need to practice and fine tune their strokes. These practices need to be on going to successfully keep their bodies in shape and their swim performance up.  Your little athlete needs conditioning, stroke development and practice to maintain their performance in the sport of swimming too. Keeping your child involved in swim lessons provides them with the skills and tools they need to achieve, up keep and advance in swimming and cardio-endurance exercise.

These developmental swim lessons are designed to teach your swimmer everything they need to know to advance into a swim team environment with confidence and technique. This program meets for 60 minutes and can have up to 6 swimmers per class.
